Prime for iPhone
Support
Help with Apple Health access, missing signals, refreshing your score, and local Prime data.
Contact Prime Support
Email support@yourprime.app. Include your iOS version, iPhone model, and a short description of what happened. Do not include sensitive health details unless they are necessary and you are comfortable sharing them.
Connect or change Apple Health access
In Prime, open Settings and tap Connect Apple Health. To change access you previously granted, open the Health app or iPhone Settings, find Prime’s Health permissions, and enable or disable individual categories.
Prime requests read-only access. It does not write or modify Apple Health samples.
Why a signal may be missing
A signal may be unavailable because permission was not granted, your device has not recorded that category, or there is not enough recent information for Prime to use it responsibly. Missing signals lower the displayed confidence; they do not count against your score.
Refresh your score
Open Settings and tap Refresh Health Signals. If information still appears stale, confirm the relevant Apple Health permission is enabled and that recent data exists in the Health app, then reopen Prime.
Use demo mode
If Apple Health is unavailable or you want to explore the interface without granting access, open Settings and tap Load Demo Result. Demo results are labeled and do not represent your health.
Delete score history
Open Settings, choose Reset Score History, and confirm. This deletes Prime’s local score history. It does not change or delete anything in Apple Health. Deleting Prime removes its remaining local app data.
About Prime Age
Prime Age is a wellness-oriented estimate built from the Apple Health signals you authorize. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, a disease prediction, or a clinically validated biological-age test.
System requirements
Prime version 1.0 is designed for iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Live scoring requires Apple Health permissions and available health data.
