Privacy Policy

Prime is a local-first iPhone wellness app. This policy explains how Prime uses information when you choose to connect Apple Health.

Information Prime accesses

With your permission, Prime may read Apple Health information such as Date of Birth, biological sex, sleep, workouts, steps, cardio fitness, heart rate, heart-rate variability, respiratory rate, physical effort, mobility, weight, and lean body mass. You control access through Apple Health and iPhone Settings.

How information is used

Prime uses authorized information to calculate Prime Age, Aging Pace, confidence, Recovery, Strain, Capacity, and related trends for you. Prime Age is a personal wellness estimate. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, a disease prediction, or a clinically validated biological-age measurement.

Storage and transmission

The Prime app processes Apple Health information on your device. Prime does not operate a user account or backend for version 1.0 and does not transmit your health information to Prime or third parties. Score history and preferences are stored locally on your device. Prime does not store personal health information in iCloud.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The Prime app does not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data-broker services. Prime does not sell health information or use it for advertising.

Sharing

Information leaves the Prime app only when you deliberately use an iOS share action, such as sharing a Prime image or debug report. You choose the destination and control what you share.

Your controls

• Change or revoke Apple Health permissions in iPhone Settings.
• Delete Prime score history from Settings inside the app.
• Delete the app to remove its remaining local data.

Prime does not alter or delete the source information stored in Apple Health.

Website and support

This website does not use advertising, tracking pixels, or analytics. It is hosted by Vercel, which may process routine technical request information needed to securely deliver the pages.

If you email support, Prime receives your email address and whatever information you choose to include. That information is used only to respond to and resolve your request. Please do not include Apple Health exports, screenshots, or other sensitive health details unless they are necessary and you are comfortable sharing them.

Children

Prime is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If Prime’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the changed version is released. The effective date above identifies the current version.
